Online Product Sales
This guide is for retailers selling Shimizu products in a physical retail space. We do not sell Shimizu directly to clients online. Our plan is to develop our web page so that clients may place orders online through our website. They then choose a nearby location for pick up. This pick-up store will be a registered seller of Shimizu products on our website. They will benefit from the online sale the same as if they made the sale themselves.
Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP)
We all want to make a fair return on our sale of Shimizu jewellery. Please respect suggested retail prices for the Shimizu jewellery products you sell.
All of our pieces are made from scratch so please allow 6 – 8 weeks for your order to be made. If you’ve placed a large order, we’ll let you know right away how much time we’ll need to finish your pieces to perfection. Please add processing and shipping time.
If you require a special order or a rush order, please contact us directly by phone so that we can give you the best possible service.
First time orders must be a minimum of $1000 CAD (before shipping and taxes), $500 minimum order for re-orders. Free shipping for wholesale orders over $2000.
First orders must be paid in full before we ship them. We accept Visa, MasterCard, etransfers, and PayPal. The buyer is responsible for payment of expedited, insured shipping via FedEx, the cost of which will be added to the final amount unless the order exceeds $2000 in which case 2 day shipping is free. Net 30 on approved businesses, larger orders may be subject to partial payment.
Occasionally we have to adjust our prices in response to changes in our costs. This may happen without notice.
Making Changes to an Order
If you need to make changes to an order you've placed, please let us know right away. We can't make any changes to orders that have already shipped.
Receive free shipping on your first order! Orders will be shipped through delivery via FedEx. Returning customers, your shipping quote will be provided in your invoice. And remember, all orders over $2000 receive free shipping.

* Please note that for all orders, Shimizu is not accountable for any duty or customs charges that may occur as a result of your shipment. Shimizu is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The shipping rates above don't apply to expedited orders, or orders with guaranteed delivery dates. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch to make arrangements and we'll find you the best rate we can.
We can't accept returns or exchanges on products purchased with a Wholesale discount. If you're not sure whether a product is right for you, please call us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.
Please contact the Shimizu Jewellery directly about your sizing inquiry. For those that can be sized, there will be a small sizing fee, plus shipping, for this service and materials. Fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please email for more information.
Damaged/Defective Products and Fulfillment Errors
We take pride in the quality of our products and our order fulfillment practices. In the unlikely event you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item in your shipment, please let us know right away and we'll make it right.
Would you like to subscribe to our quarterly newsletter(Coming soon)? We send our Wholesale partners special promotions, new product announcements, and other helpful information. We never share or sell your information and you can unsubscribe any time.
We believe in the importance of protecting the privacy of our clients and therefore promise to abstain from sharing, selling or trading any of your information unless required by the law.
All items are guaranteed from manufacturing defects within 1 year of purchase date. Repairs will be handled on a case by case basis. We stand behind our jewellery and customer satisfaction is our first priority.
Retail Priced Return Policies (Non-wholesale Purchases)
If you are not satisfied with your order, items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt. Before returning your item, please contact us first with your contact and order information. Please understand that returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition, in the original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been damaged.
Please return your order with an insured trackable courier and retain your receipt. Shimizu is not held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number and once we receive your return, you will be credited for the merchandise amount. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
